• Budget or price indication (if provided)

Communications

We collect messages exchanged between users through the in-app messaging system.

Technical and Usage Data

We may collect limited technical data including:

• Device type
• Operating system

• Application usage logs

With Other Users

Certain information is shared between users when they interact on the platform.

• Job posts are visible to Businesses operating in relevant service areas
• When a Business expresses interest, their business profile becomes visible to the Client
• Contact details may be shared within the in-app chat if users voluntarily exchange them

Service Providers

We may share limited information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the platform, including services such as:

• Secure cloud hosting
• Infrastructure and technical support
• Analytics and system monitoring

These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

Legal Requirements

BizConnect may store or process data using secure cloud infrastructure providers. Some of these services may operate servers located outside New Zealand.

BizConnect allows users to communicate through the in-app messaging system and may allow users to voluntarily exchange contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses.

Once users choose to share personal contact information with another user, further communication may occur outside of the BizConnect platform. BizConnect does not control or monitor communications that take place outside the platform and is not responsible for how users use, store, or disclose information once it has been voluntarily shared.

Users are encouraged to exercise caution when sharing personal information with other users.

Minimum Age

BizConnect is intended for users aged 18 years or older.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or legal requirements.
